Shipping & ReturnsYour satisfaction is our #1 goal. Please read below to know more about how we handle shipping and dissatisfaction issues. Please write us with any remaining questions sales@classicedchina.com IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once confirmed as processed by our system. We cannot guarantee that email requests for cancellations will be processed. Regular Shipping We primarily use USPS media mail to ship items to you. You can use the USPS shipping calculator to figure the best way you want to ship for items. If your company has a shipping account with UPS, FedEx or DHL, please send us the needed information, and we will bill your account accordingly. Overseas Shipping We do ship to most places around the world. Please check the postage rates for international shipping. Returns/Refunds If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 10 days to return your purchase to us. We will either replace the item, refund your money, or a combination of the two To return items, you FIRST need to contact us at sales@classicedchina.com All items returned need to be in their packaging and show no sign of use. Then please mail the items back to us C.O.D. |
